SYSTEM 3E produces every element in its own 87,000 sq ft facility in Radomsko, central Poland, using robotics and automation. Production consumes minimal energy and water and emits no fumes.

More and more of our customers have to document how a building was made: what it emitted, what it wasted, and what happens to it at end of life. SYSTEM 3E is designed so those answers are simple, and so that the numbers behind them come from tests and production data rather than from marketing.
One mineral raw material, 99% natural perlite. Up to 99% less construction waste on site, 67% lower water use and 54% lower CO2 in production compared with traditional masonry construction. Elements can be taken apart and reused, and the raw material is 100% recyclable.
Lighter elements, about 70 lb each, and no wet trades make the work safer and open it to crews without specialist masonry training. No mineral wool, no polystyrene and no toxic chemistry, so the air on site and inside the finished home stays clean.
The product is CE marked to the harmonized standard EN 771‑3 and manufactured under a documented factory production control system, with declared performance values that any engineer can check. We publish test reports and we do not claim approvals we do not hold.
Our ESG figures come from European production and European testing, because that is where the plant is today. As U.S. manufacturing starts, the same data will be produced here.
