SYSTEM 3E makes wall elements from natural perlite, a volcanic mineral. They lock together dry, like blocks that click, so there is no mortar, no water, no glue and no separate insulation layer. A crew learns it in a day and a house gets its exterior walls in one.
Walls that take about two weeks in traditional masonry take about a day. Nothing has to cure before the next trade starts.
A single 13.9 inch wall reaches R‑27.8 on its own. There is no added insulation to buy, install or inspect.
The wall held four hours of fire and then a 440 lb impact without collapsing. It does not burn and it does not release smoke.
Filmed inside our own plant and on real sites. You see the perlite going in, the elements coming off the line, a crew stacking a wall dry in the sun, and the finished surface ready for the next trade. Subtitles are in the film, so it works with the sound off.
No expanded polystyrene, no mineral wool, no toxic chemistry. The perlite in a 3E element can be recovered and reused in construction at end of life, which makes the product's life cycle circular. Low U-value walls suit passive-house and net-zero-energy targets.
